Welcome to Peninsula’s Prize LLC. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Peninsula’s Prize LLC.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies identified below.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement and be authorized to use the payment method provided.

Please provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information without authorization.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.

Live plants naturally vary in size, shape, coloration and growth. When a listing uses representative photos, the plant you receive may differ within the description provided. When a listing identifies the exact plant pictured, that listing applies, allowing for normal growth between photography and shipment.

Natural variation does not excuse an incorrect item or a material difference from its description.

Please review the product description, dimensions, care requirements and any listed restrictions before ordering.

Pricing, payment and availability

Product prices and availability may change. Changes apply to future purchases and do not automatically alter an existing order.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Any promotion is subject to its stated terms.

Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. We may decline or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected or the shipment would violate applicable restrictions.

If an error in pricing or product information affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will obtain your agreement before charging an additional amount or substituting a different product.

If we cancel an order or part of an order, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping and weather delays

Our Shipping & Weather Delays policy explains shipping schedules, transit estimates, weather holds and protective packaging.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate when available and explain your options to wait or cancel the affected unshipped items for a refund. We will obtain consent to extended delays when required by law.

Returns, refunds and live plants

Our General Merchandise Return Policy governs eligible returns and problems involving gifts, candles, food products and other merchandise.

Our Live Plant Sales & Live-Arrival Policy governs live plant purchases. All live plant sales are final except for eligible claims under the overnight-shipping live-arrival guarantee or remedies required by law.

Please review the applicable policy before purchasing. The live-plant policy contains the opening, video and reporting requirements for a claim. These Terms of Service do not shorten those deadlines or reduce the remedies described in our policies.

Product care and use

Follow the care, storage and safety instructions provided with each product. Review food labels and ingredient information before use, and follow candle warnings and burning instructions.

Plant health and growth depend on conditions such as light, watering, temperature and humidity. Care guidance does not promise a particular growth rate or long-term result.

Website content

Our original photographs, written content, logos and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission, except where permitted by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit our website or make a purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or practices change. Updated terms will be posted with their effective date.

The terms and purchase policies in effect when you place an order will continue to apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
