Live plants and dead-on-arrival claims

All live plant sales are final, except for eligible claims under our live-arrival guarantee. The guarantee applies only when overnight shipping is purchased.

  • Open live-plant packages within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Record one continuous, unedited unboxing video. Start with the sealed box and shipping label clearly visible, before cutting any tape. Continue without pauses or cuts as you remove the packaging and show each plant’s condition.
  • Report a dead-on-arrival plant within 24 hours of delivery by email. Include your order number, the affected plant’s name, a description of the problem and your unboxing video. Clear photos of the plant and packaging also help.
  • Keep the affected plant and original packaging until the review is complete.

Approved claims receive a replacement or refund for the affected plant. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund. See our Live Plant Sales & Live-Arrival Policy for full eligibility requirements and information about normal shipping stress.

Merchandise returns and issues

For damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, email your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return requests for eligible gifts, décor, pots, accessories and candles must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back. Our General Merchandise Return Policy explains item-condition requirements, return postage and the final-sale terms for food products.

Sending photos or video: The contact form does not accept attachments. Email evidence to peninsulasprize@gmail.com; a shareable video link is fine if the file is too large to attach.
